extensives laufen

jetzt auch mal wieder was für die lauffreunde: köln ist grossartig zum laufen, vor allem im vorsommer... nicht nur deswegen habe ich mich auf zum köln-marathon angemeldet (07.10.)... die laufuhr tickt. der trainingstabelle ist zu entnehmen, dass die letzten wochen - bis auf die kölner woche - eher ruhig waren und auch in indien ist es eher langsam bis gar nicht losgegangen. erst heute - ich bin heute auch in pune - war der eigentliche auftakt. aber was bangalore anbelangt... da sehe ich schwarz!!
